Important Renewal Information

Renewal opens in three weeks

Renewal is open May 7 to June 17.  There are several deadlines associated with renewal that you need to be aware of.

How to prepare for completing your renewal application

Read the Renewal Ready Checklist to find out what is required of you to successfully complete your renewal.

CCOA will continue to ask many of the same questions at renewal this year.  CCOA collects data to improve our regulatory programs.

NEW - Chiropractors must agree to submit a current Criminal Record Check between July 1 - October 31, 2025

As a condition of 2025-26 renewal, all regulated Chiropractors must agree to provide a current criminal record check (CRC) to the CCOA between July 1, 2025, and October 31, 2025.

Do not provide a CRC with your renewal this year - you must obtain and submit your CRC between July 1 and October 31, 2025.  Information on obtaining and submitting your CRC will be provided after renewal is complete.

For more information, please see Renewal FAQs.
